Patty, you were one of the most courageous people we have ever known. You faced your cancer head-on from the very beginning and you never gave in to it until the day you died. You loved life and lived every moment to the fullest. You will be greatly missed by your family and your friends, including your Saint Vincent Alumnae Class of '64, your Candler Hospital colleagues, and your special 'travel buddies'. Patty, we know that you are now with your parents, your husband Don, and all your former kitty cat babies raising a glass of wine in celebration of your new beginning. ~ Richard and Georgia Edwards Son-in-law and Step-daughter

Patty was always such a cheerful person, and so very nice to everyone. I remember Patty when we were classmates at Blessed Sacrament School in the 50's. I am so sorry to learn of her death, but I know she is smiling and cheerful in heaven, in the presence of God. My sincerest sympathy to her family.
